FSD now uses a visibility grid and detailed scene tags, such as rain, fog, or condensation, to diagnose what is blocking the cameras, then automatically activates hardware responses like wipers, lights, or defoggers. Importantly, the system also uses this analysis to reduce phantom braking by recognizing when visible "obstacles" are likely just weather artifacts rather than real hazards.

The proposed 35,000-square-foot facility will house, maintain, dispatch, repair, and clean a large fleet of Cybercabs, with dedicated parking for over 200 vehicles and multiple Supercharger stalls. Approval is still pending due to local zoning requirements.
